Today I had the choice between 1 slice of 300 calorie (YIKES) cheese pizza and a croissant with jam (I have given up butter)- culminating in 300 calories.
Sooooo, I made my own lunch which consisted of a whole grain English muffin (120 calories), a scrambled egg white with onions, green bell pepper and tomato (with only1 teaspoon of canola oil, the veggies had enough moisture in them) which I approximate as 70-ish calories, a piece of Lite (AWESOME) Swiss Cheese (50 calories per slice- you make me happy) and honey mustard (3 calories) = 300-ish (rounded up) calories!
The crosaint was very tempting .
(Don’t worry guys, I also ate a grapefruit, grapes, 4 rice crackers, and 2 (small) pieces of peanut brittle. I also had tea and lots of water- I eat!)
AND I’m going to give myself a break today and do the StairMaster and elliptical for and hour instead of running 6.5 miles…

…Oh God, I’ve become boring…
I KNOW I KNOW, it’s just that I really have nothing else to do! I graduated High School early and my first semester of college starts on Jan.19! I LITERALLY have nothing to do!
I’m never going to become a bum; I’ve gotten a taste of that already and I think I’ve cured myself of laziness for life. I need a hobby, or a job, or a boyfriend.
Bored, but getting thinner all the same (and with a really cute new hair cut!)
