In more than one way…
Yesterday, I started my second attempt at a detox diet. I thought I could use the revitalization for the new season. Also, I have been MAJORLY lacking in my diet/excersise regime and needed a boost.
YESTERDAY: I had 1 cup of grapes, 2 small apples, 1 young coconut (juice AND meat), and one cup of rice with Sri Lankan stlye beets. and one banana; I ran for 30 minutes and did awesome yoga for 1 hour
TODAY: I had 2 apples, 2 bananas, 1 young coconut (pulp and skin), one cup of rice with Sri Lankan style beets and wilted spinach, popcorn (popped with olive oil and honey, then tossed with salt), 1 avacado, A WHOLE LOTTA ALMONDS, and JUST NOW oatmeal, cooked with apples, water, rasins, honey and cinnamon, topped with chopped almonds (a result of watching too much Food Network); it’s 8:00 PM and I haven’t gone to the gym yet…
yeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh
…at least I haven’t breached my diet…
